Our External Monitoring System was developed following customer feedback to provide a service that recognises issues immediately, so they can be dealt with before they become a problem. Our customers often don’t even realise there was an issue, or a potential issue, until we contact them to let them know it has been dealt with.
The system provides:

24/7 monitoring of your server and internet gateway.

Your email system will be automatically tested every 15 minutes.

Back-ups will be checked daily.

Alerts to full system disks, back-ups not done or checked, e-mail not working, rise in the rate of disk space usage, critical service crash i.e. exchange information store etc.

Status report via email every 24 hours. Alerts can also be provided via SMS.
