Real Time System Monitoring

​

Our External Monitoring System was developed following customer feedback to provide a service that recognises issues immediately, so they can be dealt with before they become a problem. Our customers often don’t even realise there was an issue, or a potential issue, until we contact them to let them know it has been dealt with.  

 

The system provides:

​

  • 24/7 monitoring of your server and internet gateway.

  • Your email system will be automatically tested every 15 minutes.

  • Back-ups will be checked daily.

  • Alerts to full system disks, back-ups not done or checked, e-mail not working, rise in the rate of disk space usage, critical service crash i.e. exchange information store etc.

  • Status report via email every 24 hours. Alerts can also be provided via SMS.
